POLICIES

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it within 30 days as long as the product has not been used, and is in its original "new" condition. All exchanges must be received within 30 days of a purchase. All returns must be received within 30 days of original receipt date. All returns are for exchange or credit via the original method of payment. All credits will be processed with in 2-3 business days (mon-fri excluding holidays) upon receipt. Credits are the original purchase price less original shipping and in some rare cases a restocking fee. All packages refused by the customers will be charged the return shipping charges. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to ™. In the event of an error on our behalf we will issue a pre-paid return label via-email for return shipment.

All returns must have a Return Authorization Number. DO NOT DISCARD ANY PACKAGING OR INVOICES UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCTS IN YOUR ORDER. ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT ORIGINAL MANUFACTURER'S PACKAGING, OR DAMAGED PACKAGING, WILL BE SUBJECT TO A RE-STOCKING FEE OF $25 PER ITEM. All items must be returned in the shipping box they arrived in. We do not accept returns on used products, special orders or customized merchandise. DO NOT SHARPEN ANY ICE SKATE. SHARPENED SKATES ARE NOT ELIGBLE FOR CREDIT OR EXCHANGE.

FREE SHIP items that are returned for credit will be charged the original shipping costs of the items returned.

To return items please follow these steps:

1. Please put the item back in its original package, and include the copy of the packing slip for reference. For the protection of our customers we do not file any credit card numbers, so be sure to include a copy of your original order to ensure a timely refund.
2. All returned items will require a Return Authorization Number. Please CALL US FOR ANY RETURNS TO PROVIDE YOU WITH AN RA NUMBER. We can be reached at 888-271-7500, Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 6:00 / Saturday 9:00 - 6:00 EST / Sunday 11:00 - 5:00 EST. To ensure that all returns are processed correctly we will not accept returns that do not have a visible Return Authorization Number.

IF YOU CAN FIND IT FOR LOWER, YOU'LL PAY 10% OFF THEIR PRICE!

Here at ™, we try very hard to offer the highest quality sporting equipment at the best possible prices. Your continued support allows us to purchase equipment in such large quantities that we can offer the lowest possible prices. To ensure this, we check our competitors regularly and if we find a lower price (on the exact same in-stock item) we will lower our price to match.

Occasionally, a lower price will slip past us...in these few cases please feel free to place your order and include in the comments section the name of the website and the lower price (out the door price, please). If we verify the out-the-door price, we will adjust our item's price to be 10% less than the competitor's price! This means actual savings, not 10% of the difference like you see at some other stores.

***Please note the following restrictions:

• Price match is on Out-the-Door prices only. Some competitors with lower prices charge high amounts for shipping to make up for it.
• Item must be substantially lower in price (we're not talking pennies here.)
• Item must be in-stock and exact same model including size, color, and model year.
• This policy does not include inventory liquidations or bankruptcy sales.
• Closeouts or discontinued items are not expressly included in this guarantee, however, we will review all requests on a case by case basis.

ships via UPS / USPS throughout the continental US. Our shipping charges are based on the shipping method you select at checkout as well as the items in your shopping cart. Your total shipping charge will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order. To find out the shipping costs or to compare prices simply add the items to the cart and proceed to checkout. Input your ship to address and select the method! You can always go back and change the service. Most orders leave our warehouse in one to three business days. Of course some orders do take longer, so if you need your order by a certain day please call us prior to ordering.

FREE Shipping
All orders $99 or more that are shipped within the continental USA are eligible for Free Shipping, and are shipped via USPS parcel post\UPS Ground. Free shipping may not apply to all items due to the size. You will be contacted via email if your order does not qualify for free shipping.

2nd Day Air / Next Day
Prices are calculated based on the items that you have in your cart as well as your shipping address.

Military Addresses / PO Boxes
All orders being shipped to PO Boxes or Military address are shipped via US Postal Priority Mail service and should arrive in 4-7 business days but can take up to 30 days for some APO/FPO addresses.

All orders are subject to a 1-3 business day processing time. Expedited or Air shipping will not decrease your order processing time. It will decrease your order’s transit time once it has left our warehouse. If you need your order ASAP, Please call or email us with the item and we will let you know if we can deliver to you in time.
